About Us

Established in 1989, New Wave Pool & Spa Services was the next step in owner Rob Koolen's 35-year career
in the pool and spa industry. Installing pools in Brampton for his father at the age of 15,
then moving to the manufacturing of inground pools, Rob has more experience than most,
and a broad and deep understanding of the industry.

New Wave began in pool service and retail store sales, then, after two years, added pool installations
into the business. Business was brisk, growing every year. Moving locations in 1998 to a more
customer-friendly location on Broadway, Rob's wife Cathy runs the retail store and has seen product
and service sales increase every year.
New Wave moved again in 2012 to a fabulous new building just east of the previous Broadway location.

Believing in honesty and integrity has made Rob and New Wave Pool & Spa Services a leader in quality pool installations
and services in Orangeville and surrounding area.
